Embark on an exciting learnership journey at Momentum Health Solutions, set to kick off on October 1, 2023, and conclude on September 30, 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Attend classroom sessions and hands-on practical training while performing tasks aligned with the Learnership’s requirements as directed by Momentum Metropolitan.
- Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products, policies, and procedures, crucial for success in on-the-job training.
- Compile a comprehensive Portfolio of Evidence for submission to SETA.
- Maintain work-based learning logbooks.
- Successfully complete both formative and summative assessments, attaining the necessary proficiency level.
- Exhibit proficiency in utilizing the company’s systems and comprehending operational processes.
- Embody the values of Momentum Metropolitan and conduct oneself as a part of the MMH team.
Requirements:
- Possession of a completed Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate.
- Attained a minimum of 40% in Mathematics or Mathematical literacy.
- Achieved a minimum of 40% in English and another South African language.
- Computer Literacy skills are advantageous.
- Unemployed status and a commitment to a 12-month program.
- South African citizenship between the ages of 18 and 30 years.
- Availability from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024.
- Independent commuting capability to the workplace.
- Not currently engaged in tertiary level studies (full-time or part-time) during the Learnership period.
- No prior completion of the same learnership.
