OUTsurance is inviting suitably qualified and unemployed young individuals to apply for our Internship Opportunities for the years 2023 and 2024. These internships will have a maximum duration of 12 months.
The Internship Programme is thoughtfully designed as a structured work-based program that offers unemployed graduates the chance to gain valuable work experience within our company. This program serves as a platform for graduates to apply and practice the skills they have acquired during their studies, which will greatly benefit them in their chosen careers in the future.
Upon selection, successful candidates will engage in a fixed-term Internship agreement with the company and will receive a stipend.

- Qualifications: Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Development, Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Labour Relations, BCom Law/LLB
- Payroll Internship
- Qualifications: BA in Business Administration, BCom in Human Resources, BCom in Accounting, or similar relevant field
- Marketing Coordinator Internship
- Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Marketing
- Finance Operations Internship
- Qualifications: Finance related Diploma/Degree
- eLearning Content Developer & Administrator Support Internship
- Qualifications: Matric, BIS Multimedia/BA Graphic Design, or similar
- Payroll Analytics Internship
- Qualifications: BSc IT or other quantitative degree
- Traditional Media (Above The Line) Internship
- Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
- Marketing Content Creator Internship
- Qualifications: Diploma or Higher in Video content creation or a similar creative field
- Compliance Officer Internship
- Qualifications: Degree in Legal or Auditing
- Design Internship
- Qualifications: Diploma or Higher in Communication design or a similar creative field. Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
