This immersive learnership paves the way to obtaining a nationally recognized National Certificate (NC) in Short Term Insurance at NQF Level 4. Key Duties:
Learners will receive comprehensive exposure to various facets of the Short-Term Insurance business. This includes engaging with client and broker services, claims processing, retentions, procurement, business expansion, and regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements:
Applicants should hold a Grade 12 qualification, encompassing the following subjects:
- Mathematics (Minimum Level 4 – 50%)
- English (Minimum Level 4 – 50%)
- Maths Literacy (Minimum Level 5 – 60%)
- Second language (Minimum Level 4 – 50%)
Specific Prerequisites:
- Not currently enrolled in post-Matric studies or formal employment.
- No prior completion of any previous Learnership.
- Fall within the age bracket of 18 to 25 years.
- Demonstrate proficient written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
- Possess basic computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and MS Outlook.
Note: Only candidates born in South Africa will be considered for this opportunity.
