The South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) invites applications for its 12-month Graduate Internship Programme within the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities:
As an intern in the Human Resources department, your responsibilities will include:
- Formulating interview guides for candidate assessments.
- Coordinating candidate interviews and ensuring the availability of interview venues.
- Compiling and presenting recruitment files for approval.
- Managing the flow of documentation and information within the department.
- Establishing and maintaining an organized filing system for efficient information retrieval.
- Classifying and recording documents for streamlined access and tracking.
- Arranging and overseeing departmental functions and meetings.
- Ensuring accurate filing of all documents.
- Undertaking adhoc tasks as required.
- Overseeing the inventory control of consumables and collaborating with the Procurement department for stock management.
- Facilitating requests for assets, overseeing their delivery and allocation, and ensuring proper management.
- Monitoring project progress and compiling comprehensive reports.
- Responding promptly to telephonic, mailed, or in-person inquiries.
Minimum Requirements:
To be eligible for the Human Resource Internship Programme, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Completion of Grade 12.
- Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
