- Graduate Geologist
- Qualification Required: BSc Geology (Honours)
- Graduate Junior Engineers
- Qualifications Required: BEng/BSc in Mechanical Engineering or High Current Electrical Engineering degree, or National diploma.
- Graduate Metallurgy / Chemical Engineer
- Qualification Required: BSc Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering degree.
- Graduate Rock Engineer
- Qualifications Required: BSc Honours degree / BTech in Physics, Mineral Resource Management, or Natural Sciences.
- Graduate Tailing Dam Engineers
- Qualifications Required: BSc Honours degree / BTech in Civil Engineering.
- Graduate Mining Engineers
- Qualifications Required: BSc Mining Engineering degree or National Diploma in Mining Engineering.
- Graduate Environmental Management
- Qualifications Required: Grade 12 with Maths and Science with a minimum of C symbol, or qualification in Environmental Management / Occupational Hygiene.
