Truworths’ learnership programme is designed to enhance individuals to be cross-trained, making them capable of operating on both the sales floor and the service desk of a retail outlet. Meanwhile, being able to work with customers and stock is the primary focus area.
To stand out in this post, you must stay committed to learning and completing logbooks, prepare adequately for assessments, and fit perfectly as a cross-trained sales consultant.
What Are Expected From You:
- Applicant should be able to work a minimum of 120 hours weekly
- Applicant should be eager to learn and form knowledge
- Aspirants are required to Prepare for Assessments
- Applicant must be ready to Assist customers with finding merchandise
- Applicant should Posses the ability to Merchandising the store according to the MBP principals
- Payments and purchases on the POS system
- Opening new account
- Ability to Maintain or controll stock losses
- Building relationships with customers
- Maintaining customer security and safety
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric/ Grade 12 Certificate
- Passion for fashion and retail
