The Young Professional in Training is an internship program usually conducted for a period of 24-month during which the admitted young Professionals will be assessed every six-monthly.
This Programme is specially created to help young and passionate people with relevant workplace experience with a well-structured learning programme and organizational support.
All accepted incumbents will be guided, mentored, trained and developed under the guidance and watch of an experienced Manager for 24 months.
The Internship opportunity is available to the following set of people:
YOUNG PROFESSIONAL (CORPORATE AFFAIRS)
Applicants are required to have at least a National Diploma / Degree in any of the following fields:
- Public Relations field
- Communication Science field
- Media Science field
- Â Journalism studies field
- Marketing Management field
- Multimedia studies field.
Young Professional in Training (Regulatory & Compliance)
Applying candidates should possess any of the following Qualifications before applying.
- Bachelor of Commerce
- Legal Qualification (LLB) • 3-year Risk Management Diploma
- Honours/Postgraduate qualifications in Legal Studies.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Fluent speaking ability and written communication skills is also required.
- Good editing skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
- Ability to prepare logistics for events planning.
- Applicant should also possess some Good marketing skills.
