ROLE PURPOSE: The role is for those ready to perform highly confidential administration, office support, and documentation controller services in an office or any other Department.
LOCATIONS: The opportunity is available for people in the following area: Sunninghill, Ingula, Vereeniging, Lephalale, and Emalahleni,
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Applicant must be capable of completing tasks within the agreed timelines of the firm.
- You must Deliver all assigned work accurately, consistently, and within the agreed time and based on the approved program.
- You must carry out all assigned duties to meet quality standards.
- Applicant should be ready to comply with the business policies, procedures, and standards.
- Applicants are required to Demonstrate effective self-management by completing assigned tasks and activities.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
To be eligible for this opportunity, you are required to have at least a National Diploma (NQF 6 or higher) in any of the following fields below:
- Built Environment
- Commerce
- Human Science
- Human Resources
- Information Science
- Archive Mngmt
- Library Science
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must hail and live in South Africa.
- Must be between Age 18 to 34
- Anyone applying must not have been employed permanently with a single employer continuously for more than 1 year.
- Aspirant must not have participated in the YES initiative before
- Applicant must not be studying full-time in the year of employment.
