This role centers around the Channel Head: Broker and Franchise division, catering to the low and emerging-middle income market. We seek an organized, efficient individual who thrives in a dynamic, sales-driven environment.
Duties and Responsibilities: Engage in standardized processes, offering administrative support aligned with normal business operations. Uphold daily production standards, meeting quality benchmarks. Address immediate needs within procedural guidelines. Solve complex administrative queries. Manage event coordination, meeting scheduling, and office logistics. Facilitate accurate minute-taking, manage incentive programs, and interact with clients on behalf of the Channel Head. Basic skills are essential, irrespective of product or process knowledge.
Job Requirements:
- 1 year of work experience in an administrative role supporting a sales team.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform well under pressure.
